The Blazing Infernos are an amalgamation of various Types of monsters but all share the FIRE Attribute.
The Blazing Infernos follow a hierarchical structure, with Gods at the top followed by Kings and Masters, etc.
All of them require the use of Counters called Inferno Counters to activate their various effects much like their Cloudian and Spellcaster bretherens, however Blazing Infernos are in everyway offensive to the core. Their main strength is working together to overcome obstables with an unstoppable inferno!
Playing Style[]
Due to their reliance on Inferno Counters, Blazing Infernos are weak to cards that flip cards face-down. Some Blazing Infernos are not able to generate their own Inferno Counters so they must rely on the Blazing Inferno monsters that can generate Inferno Counters. This can and sometimes will cause the user's field to clog up with monsters that may be useless.
However, there are some benefits. The Blazing Infernos have very strong effects even for Level 4 or lower monsters. They are capable of swarming the field and overpowering the opponent, they can't swarm as fast as some other archetypes but can swarm at a decent rate. With their swarming capabilities, they can synchro summon their heavy weapons easily.
Masters[]
The Masters are a sub-archetype of the Blazing Infernos. They are easily noticeable in that they all share 1900 DEF, are Level 9, and have "Masters" in their names and are capable of generating their own Inferno Counters without relying on outside sources. The Masters require 3 Tributes of their previous from to be Special Summoned onto the field, except "Serena, Master Paladin of the Blazing Inferno" which can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Eterenal Bond of the Masters".
They all have this effect at the end of their card texts:
"If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove 4 Inferno Counters from anywhere on the field to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position to your side o fthe field. If you do, its original ATK is halved until your 3rd Standby Phase after activating this effect. You cannot place or remove Inferno Counters from this card, except by its own effect."
Because of their resilience to destruction, Masters can last on their own on the battlefield and with their devastating effects can destroy your opponent in the process.
