- You cannot activate this card unless you have a card in your hand that you can Special Summon with its effect.
- Since the Special Summon part of the card effect says "then", the monster you Special Summon must be of a level equal to the destroyed Monster while it is in the Graveyard. For example, if the opponent summons "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus" with "A Legendary Ocean" active and you activate this card, you must have a Level 7 monster in your hand.
