  title   = heading of the navigation box
  color   = background color of the heading row of
            the navigation box, defaults to the color
            shown above
  col1   = Column 1 Contents - Compulsory

  col1width   = Optional parameter to limit Column 1's width
  col2width   = Optional parameter to limit Column 2's width
