"Dynasty" is an archetype that was initially based on the Han Dynasty and Three Kingdoms in Ancient China. But with the arrival of the Structure Deck: Keny Leurys, became a mixture, based on other things too.

As stated above, as this archetype you to easily Summon a rank 4 Xyz Monster or "Dynasty Commander - Liu Bei", combining "Dynasty Warrior - Zhao Yun" and "Dynasty Warrior - Ma Chao". Now looking at "Dynasty Commander - Liu Bei," activating its effect you can summon another level 4 "Dynasty" Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard, giving you the option of calling "Dynasty Warrior - Ma Chao" to protect his commander if he has obviously in its cemetery. Alternatively, you may summon the "Dynasty Warrior - Huang Zhong" with its effect, to make your opponent lose a card randomly from his hand.
Besides all, with the effect of "Dynasty Strategist - Zhuge Liang," you can draw a card whenever he and Normal Summoned, giving you a good advantage of hand.
