There is already a card (magical mallet) that does this better. Maybe add an effect, "if you return 3 or more monsters to your deck by this card's effect, draw 1 more card" or "until your next end phase, all aqua, fish, and sea serpent monsters on your side of the field gain 200 attack for each card drawn in this way" to merit using this card in Mallet's place. 72.69.96.138 18:44, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I KNOW Magical Mallet does exactly what this card does, and better. I'll take your sergestions into acount, but don't hold your breath for a 'beter' version of this card (unless you modifie it yourself, and I wholeheartedly sergest you do...If I like it, it may stay even).
