This card can only be Synchro Summoned when there is a Toon World on your side of the field. If Toon World is destroyed, this card is destroyed too. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. When a card's effect to destroy a card(s) on the field is activated, by Tributing this card, you can negate its activation and destroy the card. During the End Phase of a turn this card was sent to the Graveyard by this effect, you can Special Summon it.
