About Category
Edit
I am not sure what are you trying to ask, but if you are asking about how to remove a category, simply click EDIT, then remove the unnecessary category on your right hand side.

If i remember correctly, Cardtable 2 will do the work, but why do you need to add card table in archetype page ? It is totally unnecessary in my opinion, and if you need your archetype page look like what yugioh wiki did, try to take a look on my page and copy the code, then edit it.

I am not sure, since I use manual archetype template. Yours archetype template is known as Auto type. But after some simple observation, I guess it can only be done by editing the code of the article. Here is the example, "|archetype1 = Elite", adding Elite into it will automatically add the card into the archetype template.
My archetype template is completely different, since it is a manual type. This type must be modified manually by myself in order to work. Yours is simpler to use and this is first time I realized that there is a way to automatically adding monster into the archetype template.

Archetypes and You
Edit
When you make a new member to an Archetype, be sure to add it to the Archetype Template of its respective Archetype. Case in point, the "Elite" Archetype. --Comet Knight 22:42, March 29, 2012 (UTC)
How to add cards to an Archetype Template
Edit
(Note: These instructions only apply for already made templates)
1. Go to the Archetype Template page of whatever Archetype the card in question belongs to. (ex: "Elite").
2. On that page, click edit.
3. Insert the name of the card in question in the template where appropriate (ex: a monster under members, a Spell under Spells/Traps, etc.)
4. Click Publish.
Some advice that came in handy to me when I first came here: If you don't know how to make something like an Archetype Template or a Decklist, simply go to another page that did do it properly, copypaste it, and work on it from there. At least from there, you have something to go by. --Comet Knight 16:26, March 30, 2012 (UTC)
By the way, unlike CardTable1, you have to manually include the proper categories for each card when you use CardTable2. For example, with a monster, you have to manually label its Type, Attribute, ATK, DEF, Level or Rank, and Card Category (Effect, Synchro, Spell, etc.). --Comet Knight 05:31, March 31, 2012 (UTC)
Fixed your broken template
Edit
There are some minor typo on the template, some of the important code is removed so the template look incomplete. I guess it happened when you was editing the pasted template.
